About The Creative Training Institute

The Creative Training Institute (CTI) was established in 2015 to serve as school of capacity building, NGO Resource Center, NPO Networking Center and Consultancy Center with the strategic goal (improving Human Resources skills, and knowledge, developing human capacity and competence and promoting excellence primary amongst civil society, organization, non-profit organizations and other agencies serving communities including government agencies

Creative Training Institute Core Objective Are:

• To build human resource capacity through capacity building and customized training solution, consultancy, technical support, networking and outreach;
• To develop a management program within a participatory framework with tools the achieve excellent working teams, responsible and produce excellent results.
• To provide quality academy program within the technical and professional training through propaedeutic cycle, develop and implement strategies to modernize the institution. To improve proficiency through professional assistance and access to resourceful information
• Encourage research and interdisciplinary studies on productive area, socio– economic, cultural, environmental and regional policies.
• To advocate for the right of non– governmental organization (NGO) and other local social workers and development practitioners.
